About the position Horizon Strategies is seeking qualified individuals for advisory opportunities in support of a Partner Nation Air Force’s capability development. This role will support the Partner Nation Air Force in implementing an approved Maritime Operations Focused Assessment (MOFA) Implementation Plan. The focus includes developing a culture of quality, establishing maintenance operations safety programs, improving inventory-based management, integrating supply and maintenance operations, and laying the foundation for an automated logistics management system.
