Position Overview

The Travel Insurance Customer Care Professional role is a cornerstone of arenaflex’s World Service Center, the hub where inbound calls from travelers and travel advisors are transformed into meaningful insurance solutions. This is a full‑time, inbound‑only position—no cold calling—focused on delivering consultative sales, personalized service, and expert guidance to a diverse clientele. You will work on a hybrid schedule from either our Stevens Point, WI, or Houston, TX locations, with flexible second‑shift options that include night and weekend differentials. The role offers a competitive starting wage of $18–$19 per hour, with the potential for higher earnings based on experience and performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls from travelers, travel agents, and corporate travel managers seeking information about arenaflex travel insurance products.
  • Utilize a consultative sales approach to assess each caller’s unique travel itinerary, risk profile, and coverage needs.
  • Provide accurate insurance quotes, explain policy benefits, and close sales in a professional, courteous manner.
  • Educate customers on the fundamentals of travel insurance, including medical coverage, trip cancellation, baggage protection, and emergency assistance services.
  • Maintain compliance with state licensing requirements, ensuring all sales activities meet regulatory standards.
