[Remote] Recruiter - English Speaker

• You will be responsible for referring experts to join LLM data training projects, offering them fully remote and flexible work opportunities
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines, ensuring a continuous flow of qualified experts
• Act as a long-term talent partner, strengthening and expanding our professional community over time

Skills

• Proven track record in recruitment or talent acquisition
• Recruiting experience in the US, Canada, and EU
• Native or bilingual English proficiency
• Strong interpersonal and persuasive communication skills
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently
• Multi-industry experience
