[Remote] Manager, Regional Account Manager Team (Greenbrook)

They are seeking a dynamic field-based leader to oversee a multi-territory team of Regional Account Managers, focusing on developing a strong provider referral network and driving measurable growth in access to TMS therapy.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of 10–12 Regional Account Managers across multiple territories, providing consistent field-based guidance to enhance engagement strategies and clinical expertise
  • Drive alignment and performance across regions through structured 1:1s, KPI-driven performance management, and a focus on accountability and best practice sharing
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to support strategic hiring, onboarding, and ongoing development to scale regional success
  • Analyze referral trends, territory performance, and competitive dynamics to identify growth opportunities and optimize market strategy
  • Build and expand relationships with key providers, health systems, and referral networks across assigned territories
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, and Reimbursement to remove barriers and strengthen market presence
  • Maintain a strong field presence (up to 70%), supporting RAMs in high-value accounts and complex markets
  • Utilize CRM tools and reporting to evaluate performance and inform data-driven decisions
  • Ensure all activities align with healthcare regulations, company policies, and compliance standards

Skills

  • 5+ years in healthcare, pharma, or medical device sales
  • 3+ years of leadership experience with multi-territory or regional oversight
  • Proven success leading distributed teams and driving growth across markets
  • Strong analytical mindset and experience using data to inform decisions
  • Willingness to travel extensively within region
