Green Line Digital is a fully remote premier digital agency specializing in paid search, paid social, programmatic display/video, and creative design. They are seeking a Digital Media Account Manager to support enterprise-level client accounts, focusing on client relationship management, analytics, and project coordination. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in global campaign management and data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain exceptional relationships with client contacts, establishing trust, respect, and long-term partnerships
  • Provide strategic oversight and direction based on performance insights across various channels and campaign types, enabling clients to achieve business growth and improved efficiency
  • Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, facilitating the clear exchange of insights, opportunities, and strategic recommendations
  • Analyze performance data, identify actionable insights, and leverage industry experience to make recommendations
  • Monitor project timelines, coordinate tasks across internal teams, and ensure all deliverables meet client expectations on schedule
  • Continuously ensure client satisfaction through exceptional service, proactive communication, and consistent delivery of results, aiming for long-term client retention

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 4-6 years of relevant experience in a large digital agency environment
  • Proven track record managing significant enterprise or global client accounts
  • Demonstrated expertise in digital media, including performance analytics across paid search, social media, programmatic display/video, and creative design
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets, generate insightful reports, and provide strategic recommendations
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, adept at managing client relationships at senior levels
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities under pressure
  • Proficiency with reporting tools, analytics platforms, CRM software, and Google Workspace/Microsoft Office suite
