[Remote] Analytics Account Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Proclink Consulting specializes in Consulting, Analytics and Technology for Engineering and Financial Services industry verticals. They are seeking a highly analytical and customer-oriented Analytics Account Manager to join their Customer Success team, responsible for managing client relationships and driving new business in the financial services sector.
Responsibilities
- Work hand-in-hand with our customers as the focal point for all their analytics needs
- Strategically drive new business in select accounts in close synergy with the Solution teams and core account teams
- Ensure customers are satisfied and confident in leveraging the solutions from Proclink
- Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, relevant stakeholders from the business, analytics teams and executive sponsor
- Be responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis
- Be responsible for working with the internal Proclink offshore teams to onboard and integrate new clients and developing existing client relationship
- Provide timely and realistic assessment of the client side organizational changes, opinions & thoughts of influencers and decision-makers and any other relevant information to Proclink management
- Participate in business and analytics related discussions involving topics such as but not limited to credit risk, credit policy, marketing, cross-sell, up-sell, retention, predictive modeling, AI/ML/GenAI/Agentic AI, Payment systems, macroeconomic scenarios, delinquencies, collections etc
- Use knowledge of financial services (specifically banking & fintech), technology, processes, and consultative skills to educate clients on the value of our solutions and teams
- Build in-depth knowledge of clients' business priorities, challenges and initiatives that can be translated into opportunities
- Collaborate with Product Owners, engineers, analytics teams on different permutations to find the best solution possible
- Be there in person every week to interact with the key business, technical and analytics stakeholders to participate in discussions, understand the needs, issues and to cultivate the relationships
Skills
- Proven Technical lead/Architect or other relevant experience
- 8+ years' experience structuring analytics solutions and presenting to senior executives out of which, at least 5 years of experience in managing client relationships, demonstrated capability of growing the client accounts
- Worked with offshore teams to manage and grow the client accounts
- Minimum Bachelor / Masters from accredited college or University
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and to effectively coordinate with the offshore teams
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Deep understanding of the analytics, payments, financial services space in North American Geography
- Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment
