[Remote] Marketing Consultant Professional - III

As a Marketing Consultant, the role focuses on supporting Verizon’s Save Orchestration efforts by leading executional delivery across multiple retention-related workstreams and driving cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day delivery for Save Orchestration workstreams, ensuring consistent progress against roadmap and stakeholder expectations
- Own detailed story creation across platform, engineering, and PEGA teams
- Develop, document, and manage end-to-end workflows that reflect approved Save strategies and motions
- Act as the executional bridge between the CRM team and the PEGA/Engineering teams, translating save motion strategy into user stories
- Support configuration and optimization of PEGA decisioning flows to reflect segmentation, treatment logic, and dynamic offer capabilities
- Collaborate with PEGA architects, developers, and QA teams to ensure logic meets business intent and is tested appropriately
- Maintain clear, structured documentation for stories, flows, and logic maps
- Provide weekly updates, sprint reviews, and cross-functional demos to ensure transparency and alignment
- Support onboarding or knowledge transfer to new team members or partners when necessary
Skills
- Experience in program execution and delivery oversight
- Ability to lead day-to-day delivery for Save Orchestration workstreams
- Proficiency in detailed story creation across platform, engineering, and PEGA teams
- Experience in developing, documenting, and managing end-to-end workflows
- Ability to act as the executional bridge between CRM and PEGA/Engineering teams
- Experience in supporting configuration and optimization of PEGA decisioning flows
- Collaboration skills with PEGA architects, developers, and QA teams
- Ability to maintain clear, structured documentation for stories, flows, and logic maps
- Experience in providing weekly updates, sprint reviews, and cross-functional demos

- Knowledge of information security practices, including acceptable use of information assets, malware protection, and password security protocols
- Ability to identify, assess, and report security risks
- Understanding of data privacy and protection standards (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
- Experience in ensuring data protection measures are integrated throughout the information lifecycle
