Responsibilities

  • Analyze competitor social media and community strategies to identify trends, opportunities, and differentiators within the mid-market and SMB landscape
  • Develop and execute social media strategies and content aligned with marketing objectives and brand guidelines
  • Create and manage social media content calendars to ensure consistent, engaging, and high-quality content across platforms
  • Monitor social channels for trends, conversations, and engagement opportunities, and respond in a timely and professional manner
  • Foster and moderate online communities, building relationships with customers, partners, and industry influencers
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and content teams to ensure messaging accuracy and support lead generation efforts
  • Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics, providing actionable insights and optimization recommendations
  • Attend regular internal practice community meetings
  • Collaborate with your itD practice team on industry thought leadership
  • Complete client case studies and learning material (blogs, media material)
  • Build out material to contribute to the Digital Transformation practice
  • Attend internal itD networking events (in person and virtual)
  • Work with leadership on career fast-track opportunities

Skills

  • 3+ years of experience managing social media channels and online communities for a B2B or technology organization
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics, and content best practices
  • Experience developing and executing social media strategies and content calendars
  • Proven ability to analyze performance data and translate insights into actionable strategies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong storytelling capabilities
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience required
  • Experience supporting mid-market or SMB customer segments
  • Background in B2B technology or digital marketing environments
  • Experience with social media management and analytics tools
  • Strong program management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
