[Remote] Technical Project Manager III - Agile, Scrum

They are seeking a Technical Project Manager III who will be responsible for managing highly complex IT programs and ensuring alignment with governance, security, and compliance standards.
Responsibilities
- Holds Project Management responsibilities (project documentation, meeting coordination, and notes / action planning)
- Partners with technical vendor, UiPath, as well as operational teams and their SMEs
- Manages project timelines, resources, risks, and dependencies
- Coordinates cross-functional stakeholders (HRSD, vendors, and operations)
- Oversees design, development, testing, and deployment of the automation solutions
- Ensures alignment with governance, security, and compliance standards
- Alleviates existing bandwidth constraints and provides a PM resource with technical expertise
- Responsible for project charter, scope, and success metrics
- Creates detailed project plan with milestones and dependencies
- Responsible for stakeholder communication plan and executive updates
- Manages business and technical requirements documentation
- Coordinates testing strategy and UAT
- Manages risk, issue, and dependency logs with mitigation plans
- Creates go-live readiness checklist and deployment plan
- Responsible for post-implementation review, performance metrics, and optimization roadmap
Skills
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or other related field—or equivalent work experience
- 7 to 10 years+ of Project Management experience in an Agile environment
- Project Management certification is required
- Software development and skills in agile principles are required
- Extensive knowledge and expertise in the use of Project Management methodologies and tools
- Experienced Scrum Master who will exhibit agile leadership and a deep understanding of what it means to conduct oneself as a servant leader
- Outstanding organizational, communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills conducive to team development
- Able to work well in cross-functional teams
- Skilled in stakeholder management with strong presentation / communication skills across various levels of the business
