As a Technical Project Manager, you will manage the AI initiatives within the People division, enhancing HR processes and tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness across various functions.

Responsibilities

  • Champion AI adoption across the People division, acting as the go-to expert who makes AI practical, accessible, and embedded in daily work
  • Identify, evaluate, and implement AI-powered tools tailored to specific HR use cases - from CV screening and interview scheduling to benefits automation and performance calibration
  • Redesign existing People processes using AI agents to cut errors, remove bottlenecks, and eliminate manual and repetitive tasks
  • Rebuild key workflows - across Recruitment, HRBP, L&D, Operations, and Performance Management - to be AI-first and built to scale
  • Deploy AI chatbot and agent solutions that handle employee queries and automate repetitive HR support requests at volume
  • Implement AI tooling that generates personalized development plans and enables faster, more data-driven performance reviews
  • Build and maintain a secure, scalable AI infrastructure for the People function with clear standards for safe tool deployment
  • Ensure all AI initiatives align with compliance, risk management, and data protection requirements across UAE and KSA
  • Design and run a structured AI training program that moves the People team from awareness to confident, effective usage

Skills

  • Proven hands-on experience implementing and optimizing AI tools and automations in a business environment - not just advising on them
  • Strong technical understanding of AI platforms, integrations, and workflow automation tools
  • Experience integrating AI or technology solutions into existing internal systems and business processes
  • Background in a larger or complex organization with real exposure to compliance, risk management, and data governance requirements
  • Track record of owning transformation projects end-to-end and delivering tangible, measurable outcomes
  • Ability to translate technical AI capabilities into practical, user-friendly solutions for non-technical HR teams
  • Strong communication and enablement skills - you can educate, influence, and build confidence in others around AI adoption
  • Prior experience working within or alongside an HR or People function
  • Familiarity with HR tech ecosystems - ATS platforms, HRIS systems, LMS tools, or performance management software
  • Experience building or deploying AI chatbots or conversational agents for internal use cases
  • Exposure to FinTech, high-growth startups, or regulated industries in the MENA region
  • Hands-on experience with AI development or prompt engineering workflows

Benefits

  • Flexible working model with trust and autonomy from day one.
  • A high-growth environment with ownership and responsibility that will accelerate your career.
  • Participation in the employee stock options program.
  • Comprehensive health insurance.
