This remote position involves assisting customers by phone, email, and chat, answering questions, and resolving issues while delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries in English and Spanish
  • Assist customers with questions, concerns, and service requests
  • Resolve issues efficiently and professionally
  • Document customer interactions accurately
  • Escalate complex issues when necessary

Skills

  • Fluent in both Spanish and English
  • Minimum 6 months of customer service experience in an office setting or remote
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Must be computer proficient and have reliable internet access
  • Available to work morning or afternoon shifts
  • Must be available to work weekends; scheduled days off will be during the week
