- Offshoring experience required
- Broad understanding of advertising and marketing, from generating an immediate impact to the omnichannel lifecycle
- Strong understanding of technology platforms, with required expertise in Workfront, MS Office, and related best practices
- Exceptional leadership skills, with a successful track record of leading implementations
- Experienced in client-facing roles, building and maintaining strong client relationships
