Scientia Talent is partnering with a global engineering and advanced materials organization specializing in high-performance engineered components. They are seeking an Aerospace Strategic Account Manager to lead and grow key aerospace and defense customer relationships across North America, focusing on strategic account development and long-term program growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned to revenue growth and long-term customer objectives
  • Lead the full sales lifecycle from opportunity identification through to contract award
  • Build and maintain senior-level relationships across key aerospace and defence customers
  • Drive account growth through value-based selling and strategic customer engagement
  • Identify opportunities for technology insertion, programme expansion and increased wallet share
  • Work cross-functionally with engineering, operations, quality and supply chain teams to support customer delivery
  • Represent the voice of the customer internally to support long-term partnership development

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering or a related discipline
  • 5+ years' experience within the Aerospace & Defence industry
  • Proven background in Strategic Account Management, Key Account Management or Business Development
  • Experience managing complex customer relationships within regulated or technical engineering environments
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience supporting long-term growth strategies and customer programmes
