[Remote] Epic Instructional Designer
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. IDR, Inc. is seeking an Epic Instructional Designer to join one of their top clients for a remote opportunity. This role focuses on the design and development of impactful training content and learning experiences specifically for an Epic environment, requiring collaboration with stakeholders to meet training needs effectively.
Responsibilities
- Create and refine instructional design materials for Epic-supported training programs
- Conduct training needs analysis to identify core problems and define clear objectives, deliverables, and timelines
- Develop web-based and eLearning content in alignment with adult learning principles and effective pedagogy
- Partner with stakeholders to deliver high-quality education elements that meet business needs and raise the bar on learning impact
Skills
- Minimum of 7 years' relevant Epic experience
- Minimum of 7 years' experience in instructional design and development of web-based and eLearning
- Experienced with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and integrated tools, including Epic Master train environment (MST) build experience when working with Epic as the primary supported system
- Demonstrated proficiency in adult learning theory, motivation, and development
- Proven success in learning analytics, working to raise the bar on how the team leverages technology to create exceptional learning experiences and measure its impact
