[Remote] Senior Project Manager – Adobe Experience Cloud

Hirobe Limited is a specialist recruitment partner focused on the Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem, and they are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to support enterprise-scale Adobe Experience Cloud initiatives. The role involves leading complex digital transformation programs, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards while managing client relationships and project delivery.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of Adobe Experience Cloud projects and programs
- Manage project scope, timelines, budget, risks, and overall delivery quality
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and senior stakeholders
- Facilitate project meetings, steering committees, and executive status updates
- Ensure successful coordination across technical, business, and delivery teams
- Build and manage detailed project plans, milestones, dependencies, and resource allocation
- Drive Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies across multiple workstreams
- Identify delivery risks and blockers proactively, implementing mitigation strategies where required
- Collaborate with architects, developers, analysts, and Adobe consultants to ensure successful execution
- Own project financials including forecasting, utilization, budgeting, invoicing, and margin tracking
- Manage change requests and scope adjustments effectively
- Ensure commercial transparency and alignment throughout the project lifecycle
- Build trusted relationships with enterprise clients and internal leadership teams
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear business-focused communication
- Drive stakeholder engagement, accountability, and decision-making across programs
- Support process optimization and delivery best practices
- Conduct post-project reviews and lessons learned sessions
- Contribute to improving delivery standards across Adobe programs
Skills
- 5+ years of Project Management experience within digital, enterprise technology, MarTech, or consulting environments
- Experience delivering projects involving Adobe Experience Cloud products or related digital experience platforms
- Strong understanding of project governance, stakeholder management, budgeting, and delivery methodologies
- Experience managing multiple workstreams within complex enterprise programs
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
- Ability to operate confidently within fast-paced consulting or agency environments
- Exposure to Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), AEM, Analytics, Target, AJO, Workfront, or Real-Time CDP
- Experience working with Adobe implementation partners, digital agencies, or consulting firms
- Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and tools such as JIRA or Mavenlink
- PMP, Scrum Master, or related certifications are advantageous
