[Remote] Business Architect, Sales Operation (L2C)

They are seeking a strategic and operationally-minded Business Architect to define and drive the holistic business view of capabilities required for their Go-To-Market functions, specifically focusing on tools and processes that power their sales engine across Lead to Cash.
Responsibilities
- Define and drive the holistic business view of capabilities required for Go-To-Market functions
- Focus specifically on the tools and processes that power the sales engine across Lead to Cash, including CRM, CPQ, CLM, and other critical GTM platforms
- Work closely with Business SMEs to define end-to-end processes, identify the cross-functional teams needed for execution, and orchestrate which systems will host these processes
- Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation to streamline the Lead-to-Cash journey, ensuring technical solutions align with business needs
Skills
- 6+ years of experience in Business Architecture, Sales Operations, or GTM Strategy within the technology industry
- Deep understanding of GTM Value Streams and the Lead-to-Cash lifecycle
- Hands-on experience with GTM enablement tools, specifically CRM (Salesforce), CPQ, and CLM platforms
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Engineering or a related field
- AI & Innovation Mindset: Demonstrated ability to identify and integrate AI-driven capabilities into business processes to improve efficiency and decision-making
- Operational Excellence: Experience in 'Operational' Business Architecture—moving beyond high-level theory into functional process design and execution
- Collaboration: Proven ability to act as a liaison between Business Product teams (requirements) and Technical Product teams (builders)
- Agile Transformation: Familiarity with Agile methodologies and iterative program delivery in a fast-paced environment
- Process Re-engineering: Mastery of re-engineering techniques to diagnose gaps and implement solutions that achieve desired business outcomes
- Technical Mapping: Strong capability in Business Process Modeling (BPMN) and Capability Mapping
- Adaptability: Ability to navigate through ambiguity and manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects simultaneously
- Influence: Excellent interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to influence policy owners and SMEs to drive process standardization
- Strategic Thinking: Solution-oriented mindset with the ability to identify the 'right' system of record for complex end-to-end workflows
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to define and track KPIs that evaluate the success of GTM architectural shifts
