Kennedy Bond is supporting an innovative, high-growth healthcare technology company as they seek a Regional Vice President to lead enterprise relationships across the East Coast. This role involves owning a portfolio of strategic accounts and leading complex enterprise sales and expansion initiatives while building C-suite relationships across major health systems.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and grow executive relationships across large health systems and strategic accounts
  • Lead complex enterprise sales cycles, contract negotiations, renewals, and expansion opportunities
  • Create and execute long-term account strategies aligned with customer objectives
  • Engage senior clinical, operational, and executive stakeholders through a consultative approach
  • Partner closely with internal commercial, product, marketing, and customer success teams to maximise customer value
  • Monitor market dynamics and identify opportunities for continued growth within assigned accounts

Skills

  • 10+ years of success in healthcare technology, medical device, digital health, or health IT sales
  • Significant experience managing enterprise or strategic health system accounts
  • A proven ability to influence C-suite stakeholders and navigate complex buying processes
  • Strong commercial, financial, and strategic acumen
  • A consultative sales style with a track record of delivering against ambitious revenue targets
  • The flexibility to travel throughout the East Coast region
