[Remote] Jr. Workday Financial Analyst
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Mediant Health Resources is seeking a Junior Workday Financial Analyst. The role involves managing Workday Financials and ensuring system performance while supporting financial leaders in the organization.
Responsibilities
- 2+ years of Workday Financials experience (Core Financials, AP, AR, Banking & Treasury, Adaptive Planning), preferably in healthcare or finance environments
- Strong system administration skills including configuration, tenant management, security audits, and release lifecycle support (testing, deployment, documentation)
- Experience troubleshooting integrations, resolving system issues, and coordinating with IT/vendors to maintain platform performance
- Proficient in Workday reporting tools (including OfficeConnect) to build dashboards, KPIs, and support audits while ensuring data integrity
- Well-organized with project management–style execution; able to manage multiple priorities, optimize workflows, and support process improvements
- Strong communicator comfortable working with executives and senior financial leaders across the organization
