[Remote] Associate Director, HCP Marketing

The Associate Director, HCP Marketing will lead key healthcare provider initiatives in support of the US strategic and tactical plans for IBSRELA, collaborating with multiple cross-functional stakeholders to drive effective marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Lead for Peer-to-Peer Program Management (Speaker Bureau ownership, content creation, Advisory Boards, Product Theaters, etc.)
  • Manage all aspects of P2P programming including communications with field team, internal departments, training, vendors and attendees
  • Collaborate with Thought Leader Liaison team on speaker recruitment, communications to speakers, contracting and training
  • Organize and manage implementation of product theaters and speaker bureau programs, and related trainings (live and virtual), ensuring compliance with company policies, standard procedures and business rules
  • Manage P2P agency to provide strategic leadership, managing operations within allocated budget: inclusive of implementation of metrics plans, management of quarterly business reviews, rep portal oversight, financial disbursements to speakers and vendors, etc
  • Oversee Medical Education agency to create educational, medically sound, and informative presentations as well as marketing collateral for all P2P promotion
  • Own and execute the development, planning, and execution of HCP Advisory Boards to gather actionable insights that inform brand strategy and decision-making
  • Partner closely with Digital Lead to create content for all non-personal promotion tactics across omnichannel platforms driving targeted HCP engagement and measurable brand growth
  • Partner closely with HCP Lead to develop digestible content for digital consumption
  • Develop and maintain positive and collaborative working relationships with a broad range of internal stakeholders to ensure success of cross-functional initiatives and long-range plans
  • Work closely with sales and sales leadership team to understand market challenges and provide/adapt strategies, tools, training, and messages to drive success
  • Collaborate with marketing team on overall brand strategy and execution of tactics

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree, advanced degree preferred, in Marketing or related with 8 - 10 years of commercial pharmaceutical marketing with experience driving HCP engagement through peer-to-peer (P2P) education, or equivalent experience
  • Demonstrated ability to think outside the box
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Combination of strong strategic thinking with ability to execute tactical plans
  • Ability to work well in fast-paced entrepreneurial environment with significant autonomy
  • Strong communication and presentation skills to interface with cross-functional partners and senior management
  • Ability to effectively and consistently execute multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent interpersonal, collaboration, and leadership skills
  • Proven track record for consistently meeting or exceeding goals and objectives
  • Ability to travel as required to meet business needs (~30%)
