They are seeking an experienced Contract Strategic Account Manager to manage relationships with strategic accounts and enterprise partners, ensuring account health and satisfaction while collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Relationship Management: Serve as the primary, trusted point of contact for assigned strategic accounts and enterprise partners, managing communication with HR leaders and corporate decision-makers
  • Account Retention & Optimization: Monitor account health, utilization, and satisfaction metrics to identify potential churn risks and execute strategies to maximize platform adoption
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with Wealthfront’s internal Product, Marketing, Legal, and Compliance teams to deliver tailored partner solutions and ensure alignment on client deliverables
  • Strategic Planning: Develop data-driven account reviews and performance updates that align Wealthfront's financial tech suite with client objectives
  • Contract Renewals: Support commercial renewal discussions and negotiations to secure ongoing, long-term partnerships

Skills

  • 5+ years of strategic account management, enterprise customer success, or relationship management experience—ideally within FinTech, SaaS, or Corporate Benefits/Financial Services
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a proven track record of presenting complex tools to C-suite and executive audiences
  • Proficiency in leveraging CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and internal dashboards to interpret client health trends and performance metrics
  • A self-motivated professional who thrives in an independent, remote environment and can navigate operational challenges smoothly
