[Remote] District Sales Manager, INDUSTRY

They are seeking a District Sales Manager for the industrial segment to drive sales growth by developing relationships and managing distributor networks across a specified territory.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales of Grundfos industrial products to end users, contractors, and OEMs — both through and independently of your distributor network — by building strong relationships with key decision makers and leveraging Grundfos sales programs and value selling processes
- Develop, maintain, and execute a territory growth plan by continuously analyzing the industrial business climate, competition, applications, and key accounts within your area of primary responsibility
- Assess and develop distributor performance, ensure proper market coverage, and manage cross-channel or cross-business-unit conflicts in alignment with Grundfos values
- Deliver training to distributors on Grundfos products, applications, online tools, sales processes, and value selling methodology
- Maintain CRM data integrity by documenting sales calls, activities, and opportunities, and consistently meet or exceed Grundfos Face Time requirements
- Collaborate with your Regional Sales Manager and the broader Industry sales team to share insights, celebrate wins, address challenges, and foster a strong team culture
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in technical discipline and in lieu of degree 2-5 years pump or water treatment experience
- Minimum 2 years of pump industry experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience working with industrial distribution channels
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record and ability to travel up to 50% overnight, including internationally
- Proficiency with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong professional network and active LinkedIn presence in the industrial or pump market
- Experience with value selling methodology or consultative sales approaches
