Confidential Careers is a growing company in the medical spa and aesthetics industry, seeking a Business Development Executive to expand their national presence. The role involves prospecting clients, conducting outreach, and presenting solutions to help clinics increase revenue and expand service offerings.
Responsibilities
- Prospect medical spas and aesthetic providers throughout the United States
- Conduct outbound calls, emails, and business development activity
- Schedule introductory meetings and 30-minute product discussions
- Present solutions that help clinics increase revenue and expand service offerings
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
- Document activity and opportunities
- Partner with executives and manufacturer representatives to support presentations
Skills
- At least 2 years of proven business development, inside sales, outbound sales, lead generation, or client relationship experience
- Strong phone presence and the confidence to make high-volume outbound calls
- Ability to build rapport quickly with clinic owners, managers, providers, and decision-makers
- Experience using a CRM to track calls, follow-ups, meetings, and pipeline activity
- Comfort working with daily metrics, including a minimum of 50 outbound calls per day
- Strong follow-up habits and the ability to manage multiple prospects at different stages
- A self-motivated mindset and the ability to stay productive in a remote environment
- Interest in helping clinics grow revenue through new products, services, and treatment offerings
- Willingness to receive coaching, adjust strategy, and work closely with leadership and manufacturer partners
- Experience calling on medical spas, aesthetic practices, wellness clinics, healthcare providers, or other medical-related businesses
