Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional support and education to pet parents on products and services that promote animal health and wellbeing
• Offer subject matter expertise on companion animal health and wellness to bolthires Health
• Participate in program development and enhance training procedures to drive continuous improvement
• Identify and triage platform improvements and support innovative advancements to stay ahead of the curve
• Collaborate with bolthires Health team members to develop current and new services and products that meet the evolving needs of pet parents
• Utilize your expertise to provide effective communication with pet parents and ensure seamless customer experiences Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need
• An active Vet Tech License / Certification (CVT, LVT, or RVT)
• A Veterinary Technology associate's or bachelor's degree from a NAVTA and/or AVMA-CVTEA accredited program, or equivalent
• At least 3 years of small animal veterinary experience or equivalent industry experience
• Proficient computer skills and comfort with interacting with customers and team members remotely through an online platform
• Exemplary listening and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask comfortably
• A team-oriented approach and a passion for collaborating with other veterinary technicians, veterinarians, and stakeholders
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on empathy and excellent customer service Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable
