As a Business Program Manager – Digital Customer Success, you will be the catalyst that bridges the gap between customer expectations, partner capabilities, and business objectives. You will lead the creation, testing, and scaling of agile digital solutions that drive measurable value for internal teams, external customers, and strategic partners.

Key Focus Areas

  • Bridge Gaps: Identify and close experience gaps through innovative digital solutions that accelerate business and customer outcomes.
  • Customer Lens: Align every digital experience with customer needs, business priorities, and CSAM goals to maximize value realization.
  • Hyper Focus: Deliver 1‑2 prioritized digital experiences each quarter—from ideation to proof‑of‑concept—working closely with Engineering, Commercial Systems Technology, and Data Science teams.
  • Get to Scale: Expand successful solutions across multiple solution areas, customer segments, and geographic regions to amplify impact.

Core Responsibilities

Partnership & Collaboration

  • Build and nurture cross‑functional communities of business stakeholders and engineers to address integration challenges and deliver robust technical solutions.
  • Secure stakeholder buy‑in for solution vision, strategy, and roadmap through clear communication and collaborative workshops.
  • Facilitate requirement‑gathering sessions, translate evolving needs into actionable user stories, and prioritize deliverables based on business impact.

Solution Definition & Design

  • Support the vision and strategy for domain‑specific solution areas (e.g., hiring, onboarding) and ensure alignment with arenaflex’s broader business objectives.
  • Translate opportunity areas and problem statements into detailed business requirements for engineering teams.
  • Partner with Engineering to design roadmaps, define feature sets, and configure solution designs that meet both technical and business criteria.
  • Establish success criteria, KPIs, OKRs, and adoption metrics to gauge solution performance and drive continuous improvement.

Solution Delivery & Maintenance

  • Collaborate with Engineering to deliver solutions on time, managing variance between estimates and actual outcomes.
  • Conduct user acceptance testing, focus groups, and Voice of Customer (VoC) analyses to refine the end‑user experience.
  • Leverage success metrics to evaluate solution impact, identify improvement opportunities, and drive post‑launch enhancements.
  • Develop and execute issue‑resolution pathways, ensuring rapid response to any operational challenges.

Thought Leadership & Change Management

  • Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to inform strategic decision‑making.
  • Act as a trusted advisor at the intersection of business and technology, influencing product direction and prioritization.
  • Prepare business users for change, develop adoption plans, and monitor the effectiveness of new digital solutions.
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing across internal platforms, fostering a culture of continuous learning.

Portfolio & Project Management

  • Track, coordinate, and communicate end‑to‑end project schedules, ensuring alignment with stakeholder expectations.
  • Hold partners accountable for milestones, dependencies, and resource commitments.
  • Manage feature backlogs with clarity, urgency, and accountability, driving A/B experimentation and data‑driven decision‑making.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative analyses to uncover user needs and experience gaps.
  • Partner with development teams on performance trade‑offs, engineering challenges, and prioritization.
  • Define and execute A/B testing plans that yield statistically meaningful insights.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to co‑create product roadmaps, gather feedback, and ensure customer success.
  • Champion arenaflex’s culture and values in every interaction, embodying inclusion, respect, and accountability.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 6 + years of experience in program management, process improvement, or software development, or an equivalent blend of education and experience.
  • At least 3 + years of hands‑on experience leveraging data, analytics, and metrics to drive decisions.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience delivering end‑user facing products with a strong focus on user experience (UX).
  • Proficiency with data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, SQL, R, Python/Pandas, or comparable platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and implement large‑scale digital solutions.
  • Exceptional project management, leadership, and cross‑functional collaboration capabilities.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas to technical and non‑technical audiences.
  • Strategic analytical mindset, proven problem‑solving track record, and comfort with ambiguity.
  • Experience with A/B testing, experimentation frameworks, and statistical analysis is a plus.
