Now Hiring: Spot Market Dispatcher H&N Dispatch LLC is looking for a motivated, dependable spot market dispatcher to help manage and dispatch owner-operators, especially carriers operating under newer MC authorities. MUST HAVE DAT and or TRUCK STOP LOAD BOARD ACCESS, DESK TOP COMPUTER, INTERNET, AND PHONE Primary Responsibilities: Dispatch owner operators, search and negotiate loads, communicate professionally with brokers, assist with filling out rate confirmations,broker carrier packets, track active loads, and help drivers stay moving while building strong broker relationships. We’re Looking For Someone Who: Has dispatching new MC experience or strong logistics knowledge, understands load boards, communicates professionally, negotiates rates confidently, and is willing to work with new MC carriers who may need extra guidance getting started. Preferred Experience: Sprinter van, cargo van, box truck, hotshot, or new authority dispatching experience.
