Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through live chat platforms, providing accurate information and solutions.
  • Assist clients with product or service questions, troubleshooting issues, and processing requests with clarity and confidence.
  • Maintain high-quality communication by demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills during interactions.
  • Enter data accurately into customer relationship management (CRM) systems, ensuring all information is complete and up-to-date.
  • Collaborate with team members to escalate complex issues when necessary, ensuring swift resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and efficiency.
  • Support outbound messaging campaigns when required, promoting products or services to enhance client engagement.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in English plus additional languages is highly desirable; bilingual candidates are preferred.
  • Proven experience in customer support or call center environments, with a focus on client services and problem resolution.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey information clearly and courteously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and basic computer skills for data entry and documentation tasks.
  • Experience with chat support software, CRM tools, or similar platforms is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple conversations efficiently while maintaining professionalism under pressure.
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and outbound calling strategies is a plus but not required.
  • Excellent analysis skills for assessing customer needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Familiarity with call center procedures, phone etiquette standards, and cash handling (if applicable).
