Growth Manager, Website CRO
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, and they are seeking a Growth Manager focused on Website Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO). This role involves creating a web experience that maximizes leads through collaboration with engineering, data, and design teams, while leveraging analytics and AI to drive growth.
Responsibilities
- Drive net new leads for Ramp, with an emphasis on Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) on our website and Top-of-Funnel demand generation campaigns
- Own the feedback loop of testing new copy, imagery, layouts, and engagement mechanisms on our website, analyzing the results, and sharing learnings with our broader Growth & Marketing teams
- Leverage web analytics tools to monitor website performance and uncover trends and opportunities
- Find and build AI-powered workflows like finding experimentation opportunities, reporting on metrics to the broader growth team, and any other ways to make the Web/growth teams operate more effectively and efficiently
- Regularly report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, user engagement, user traffic patterns, and sales lead generation
- Work across Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Product, Risk, and Operations to execute against Ramp’s growth goals
Skills
- Minimum 1 year of experience in growth, product management, product marketing or adjacent field
- Demonstrated ability to dissect complex problems, identify solutions, and drive these solutions to completion with a high degree of autonomy
- Proficiency with data analytics with an ability to draw key insights from both quantitative and qualitative data
- High level of resourcefulness and a track record of being a fast learner
- Communication skills to influence others at all levels and across all functions within the organization to rally behind shared business goals
- Demonstrated ability to leverage AI to accelerate and improve your work – we'll ask about what you've built
- SQL proficiency
- Experience owning a pipeline, revenue, or metric goal
- Experience with no-code / low-code tools (eg Zapier, Webflow, Retool)
