Are you passionate about social media and storytelling? As our Global Social Media Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in shaping Gallagher’s global presence across LinkedIn and Facebook. You’ll collaborate with regional teams to create engaging, high-quality content that connects with audiences worldwide, drives meaningful engagement, and strengthens our brand. How you'll make an impact Bring our brand to life by creating and coordinating impactful social media content that resonates globally and locally. Collaborate across regions to ensure content is tailored for diverse audiences while maintaining brand consistency. Design with purpose using Canva to craft visually compelling posts, carousels, animations, and short-form videos. Engage communities by overseeing timely responses and fostering meaningful interactions across platforms. Drive insights by consolidating social media performance data and identifying opportunities for improvement. Champion innovation by staying ahead of trends and piloting new formats, tools, and channels. Ensure alignment with Gallagher’s global brand guidelines, accessibility standards, and governance policies. About you We’re looking for someone who: Has 1-3+ years of experience in social media coordination roles. Is proficient in Canva, with a strong visual eye for design and brand consistency. Understands social media platforms like LinkedIn and Facebook, especially for B2B audiences. Thrives in collaborative environments, working across regions, time zones, and teams. Has excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage stakeholders and audiences. Is skilled in analytics, interpreting performance data to drive actionable insights.
