Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Journey Mapping: Partner with program managers to design, document, and continuously refine end‑to‑end customer journeys that align with business objectives and enhance satisfaction.
  • Content Strategy & Creation: Lead the development of compelling, on‑brand content—including guides, FAQs, tutorials, and multimedia assets—by coordinating contributions from cross‑functional teams.
  • Style Guide & Asset Management: Establish and maintain a comprehensive style guide and a centralized content library, ensuring consistency, accessibility, and up‑to‑date information across all touchpoints.
  • Rapid Prototyping & Testing: Conduct fast‑cycle prototyping, user testing, and iterative improvements to validate content effectiveness and drive data‑informed decisions.
