Position Overview – Why This Role Matters

As a Remote Energy Services Data Entry Clerk (Typist) at arenaflex, you will be the backbone of our digital information flow. Your meticulous attention to detail and commitment to data integrity will ensure that client records, program documentation, and communication logs are accurate, up‑to‑date, and compliant with both internal policies and external funding requirements. This role is pivotal for maintaining the seamless operation of our Energy Services Programs, enabling case managers and program staff to focus on direct service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Record Management: Accurately input and continuously update client status information in the Statewide Client Service Center, reflecting real‑time progress through the production pipeline.
  • Digital Communication Tracking: Monitor incoming emails, log documents, and record all communications in the arenaflex platform (formerly Monday.com) as soon as they are received.
  • Database Compliance: Follow program guidelines for the use of all required database systems, including arenaflex, arenaflex, arenaflex, arenaflex, arenaflex, and arenaflex, ensuring each entry meets agency and funder standards.
  • File Organization: Maintain both digital and paper participant files in strict accordance with program protocols, guaranteeing confidentiality and audit readiness.
