Your Day-to-Day
- Supervise individualized treatment sessions through live video sessions.
- Lead with data — not guesswork — to make timely program changes.
- Collaborate with a supportive, interdisciplinary team.
- Inspire and mentor RBTs with leadership rooted in compassion.

- A BCBA (certified) with a Master’s in ABA, psychology, education, or related field.
