You will help ensure the accuracy and compliance of long‑term incentive plans, stock option programs, and equity awards that empower thousands of employees worldwide. Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly proactive data audits to verify compliance with equity‑based long‑term incentive plans and stock purchase plans.
• Process the issuance and settlement of Performance Share Units (PSU), Restricted Stock Units (RSU), and stock purchase plan matching ratio awards.
• Review equity transaction activity—including option exercises, RSU/PSU releases, and stock purchase plan actions—to ensure accurate and timely buy, sell, settlement, and reporting.
• Research, track, and respond to inquiries from participants, program partners, and other stakeholders with professionalism and speed.
• Support the delivery of equity‑based long‑term incentive award distribution processes and stock purchase plan enrollment activities.
• Generate ad‑hoc data analytics and reports to aid ongoing operations and strategic decision‑making.
• Maintain and update equity administration policies, procedures, and documentation to reflect best practices and regulatory changes.
• Assist with additional equity plan administration tasks as needed, providing flexible support across the global team.

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• At least 1 year of experience in equity plan administration, payroll, tax, accounting, or a comparable discipline is preferred.
• Familiarity with multiple equity plan products, including stock options, PSUs, RSUs, and stock purchase plans.
• Demonstrated ability to learn new tools, systems, and processes quickly and efficiently.
• Understanding of HRIS platforms—particularly Workday—and the flow of data between systems.
• Strong analytical mindset with the capacity to translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations.
