What You Will Do in This Role

As a Bilingual Customer Experience Specialist at arenaflex, you will be the friendly, knowledgeable voice and digital support presence that customers rely on. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering Inbound Customer Support: Handle incoming customer inquiries using a structured call flow guide, always communicating in the customer's preferred language — whether that is French or English.
  • Resolving Technical Issues: Help customers troubleshoot and resolve basic technical problems related to smartphones, tablets, computers, wearables, and other connected devices.
  • Documenting Customer Interactions: Accurately track, document, and retrieve information in our internal databases, ensuring every customer record is up to date and complete.
  • Maintaining Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain broad knowledge of client products and services, with familiarity in iOS, MacOS, or comparable operating systems considered a strong plus.
  • Recommending Solutions: Identify opportunities to offer additional products or services that genuinely benefit the customer.
  • Creating Memorable Experiences: Deliver expert, empathetic customer experiences with a smile in your voice and professionalism in every interaction.

Essential Qualifications We Are Looking For

To thrive in this role, you will need a combination of language fluency, technical curiosity, and a heart for service. Specifically, we are looking for candidates who possess:

  • Bilingual Fluency: The ability to speak both French and English fluently, with strong written communication skills in both languages.
  • Customer Service Experience: A minimum of one year of customer service experience, whether in a call center, retail, hospitality, or other service-driven environment.
  • Educational Foundation: A high school diploma or equivalent GED.
  • A Dedicated Home Workspace: A quiet, distraction-free environment in your home where you can focus on delivering excellent customer support.
  • Multi-Tasking Ability: Proficiency in handling multiple tasks quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Tech Enthusiasm: A genuine desire to learn new technologies, software, and tools.
  • Computer Navigation Skills: Strong computer literacy, including comfortable navigation of multiple applications and systems.
  • Required Equipment: A desktop or laptop computer capable of completing PC and internet testing, plus high-speed internet (cable or DSL — wireless hotspots and satellite internet are not compatible). A smartphone is also required. A work computer may be provided depending on the position, though this is not guaranteed and will be discussed with a recruiter.

Preferred Skills and Competencies

  • Familiarity with iOS, MacOS, Android, Windows, or comparable operating systems and devices.
  • Previous experience working remotely or in a virtual team environment.
