  • Imaging Software Navigation: Navigate efficiently and effectively through the imaging software platforms used by arenaflex to retrieve claims and authorizations for data entry, demonstrating proficiency in multiple systems and tools.
  • Claim Type Differentiation: Differentiate between different claim types (such as professional, institutional, dental, and pharmacy claims) and follow the appropriate data entry guidelines specific to each category.
  • Special Document Handling: Accurately identify specific document types that require special handling, including appeals, corrected claims, secondary claims, and time-sensitive authorization requests.
