Key Responsibilities

  • Outbound & inbound communication: Initiate calls to loan applicants, respond to inbound inquiries, and maintain a professional, courteous tone throughout each interaction.
  • Application analysis & approval: Review loan applications across multiple software platforms, verify documentation, assess eligibility, and make initial approval decisions in accordance with arenaflex policies.
  • Payment processing: Accurately process card payments, set up repayment schedules, and explain payment options to borrowers.
  • Documentation & record‑keeping: Consistently capture detailed notes in the CRM, update borrower records, and ensure all data is compliant with regulatory standards.
  • Customer education: Clearly explain loan terms, obligations, and repayment expectations, helping borrowers understand their responsibilities.
  • Follow‑up & clarification: Reach out to applicants to resolve missing information, answer questions, and confirm final loan details.
  • Compliance adherence: Operate within the bounds of federal, state, and internal regulations, following written and verbal instructions precisely.
  • Goal attainment: Meet or exceed monthly performance metrics, including call volume, approval rates, and customer satisfaction targets.

Essential Qualifications

Required

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent (minimum requirement).
  • Demonstrated ability to perform basic business mathematics, including interest calculations and payment plan structuring.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a clear, concise speaking style.
  • Proven experience in a customer‑service or call‑center environment, preferably with financial products.
  • Strong computer literacy: proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and cloud‑based storage solutions.
