As a Tier 1 Customer Service Specialist at arenaflex, you’ll be the first point of contact for hundreds of customers daily, helping them navigate inquiries, resolve challenges, and uncover solutions that leave a lasting positive impression. Compensation, Scheduling & Training Details

  • Pay Rate: Starting at $17.85 per hour, with earning potential up to $18.74/hour as your competencies are assessed and your career progresses.
  • Location: 100% remote — work from the comfort of your home. Must reside in Texas or Tennessee to qualify.
  • Schedule: A minimum of 38 hours per week, scheduled between 12:00 PM and 10:00 PM Central Standard Time (CST). Schedules will include evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed, with overtime scheduled based on business demands. Start and end times will vary.
  • Training: A comprehensive 5-week paid training program designed to set you up for success. Training includes self-led learning activities, instructor-led curriculum, and on-the-job training to equip you with the knowledge and confidence to excel in your role.

What Does a Typical Day Look Like?

As a Remote Customer Service Specialist at arenaflex, no two days are exactly the same — but each day is rewarding. Here’s a glimpse of what you’ll be doing:

  • Interacting with hundreds of callers daily, using active listening, empathy, and critical thinking to bring resolutions to a wide array of customer service inquiries.
  • Actively resolving complaints and concerns within the queue, ensuring each customer feels heard and valued.
  • Investigating billing inquiries and fraudulent activity concerns with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Processing account requests efficiently while maintaining strict data security and confidentiality standards.
  • Providing guidance on product features and properly diagnosing hardware and software issues.
  • Utilizing screen-sharing tools to resolve technical issues in real time when needed.
  • Coordinating appointments for further troubleshooting, maintenance, or follow-up services.
  • Researching knowledge base articles and internal work instructions to efficiently resolve customer inquiries.
  • Properly documenting notes and effectively summarizing conversation details in our CRM system to ensure seamless handovers and continuity of care.
  • Openly accepting feedback, coaching, and training to continuously improve your skills and deliver exceptional service.
