As a Remote Customer Service Representative – Associate Product Consultant, you become the “Voice of arenaflex” for our flagship home‑improvement brand. You will be the first point of contact for consumers seeking guidance on product selection, installation, warranty coverage, and troubleshooting. Position Overview

This full‑time, 100 % remote position offers a structured onboarding experience, including over 200 hours of virtual product training and a mentorship partnership with a seasoned teammate. After training, you will work 8‑hour shifts, Monday through Friday, with flexible start times to accommodate different time zones. Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Interaction: Answer a high volume of inbound calls, emails, and chat messages, diagnosing issues, providing clear solutions, and ensuring each consumer feels heard and valued.

Essential Qualifications
