Real Estate Sales Coordinator

Job Overview NBS is a fast-growing real estate investment and sales company looking for a highly organized and motivated Sales Coordinator to support our team with property acquisitions, sales, and transaction management. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks, and loves real estate.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate real estate transactions from contract to closing.
  • Assist with preparing offers, counteroffers, amendments, and contract documents.
  • Communicate with buyers, sellers, title companies, lenders, inspectors, and attorneys.
  • Present company-approved offers and terms to prospective buyers and sellers.
  • Facilitate contract execution and ensure all parties meet transaction deadlines.
  • Track contingencies, inspections, financing, and closing requirements.
  • Maintain transaction records and CRM systems.
  • Assist the acquisitions and sales teams with property research, pricing analysis, and transaction support.
  • Schedule inspections, appraisals, surveys, and other due diligence activities.
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the transaction process.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in real estate, sales, transaction coordination, contract administration, or customer service.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to discuss contract terms and coordinate revisions under company direction.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • No real estate license required.
  • Real estate, sales, customer service, or administrative experience is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Schedule & Availability Requirements This is not a typical 9-to-5 position. Real estate transactions often require communication and coordination outside of normal business hours. The ideal candidate must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed to support clients and ensure transactions move smoothly from contract to closing.
