Title: Fuel Territory/Account Manager - Houston, TX Direct Hire Opportunity No Sponsorship 3 days out in the field The Fuel Territory/Account Manager will have experience driving growth through corporate and/or dealer-owned/franchised locations and understand fostering customer relationships. The ideal candidate will have experience with Retail Fuel or Dealer/Distributor fuel sales. Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of experience, with at least two years managing P&L for a territory/division.
  • 2+ years of Fuel or Dealer-distributor experience.
  • Experienced in B2B contract renewals and negotiations with business owners or Sr. Executives
  • Ability to travel regionally around Houston and surrounding areas typically Tues – Thursday
  • Demonstrated experience driving growth through company-owned and dealer, distributor-owned businesses, or oil and gas franchises, exceeding divisional budget expectations.
  • Experience developing site-level strategic plans to increase EBITDA, cash flow, and organic sales growth. Including producing reports and metrics based on outcomes of business operations and developing initiatives to maximize operational effectiveness
  • Strong understanding of field economics and management - Growth, Value Added Programs, Rental/Royalty Income, and Brand Standards.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint), Salesforce preferred
  • Exceptional customer relations and negotiation skills, providing the highest standards of professionalism pertaining to in-person, phone, and email etiquette, responding promptly and promptly.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive growth through company-owned and dealer-owned businesses.
  • Develop strategic plans at the site level to increase EBITDA, cash flow, and sales growth.
  • Grows sales and participation in the value-added programs
  • Foster excellent customer relations, responding timely, including after hours.
  • Ensure compliance with brand standards, partner loyalty programs, and advertising campaigns.
  • Build internal relationships to promote inter-departmental cooperation and customer service.
