As an Inside Sales Account Executive, you will grow the B2B vertical by converting inbound leads into client partnerships and ensuring client satisfaction through effective relationship management.

Responsibilities

Convert inbound leads into qualified opportunities and close deals by understanding client pain points and demonstrating the value of Flywire’s AR automation and payments solution Engage prospects in discovery calls, product demos, and consultative sales discussions Build and maintain strong relationships throughout the sales lifecycle—from first touch through onboarding and handoff Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product, Operations, Solutions Engineering) to deliver a seamless client experience Maintain accurate pipeline data and activity tracking in our CRM system Identify trends in client feedback to influence new product features and improvements Support broader sales and marketing initiatives, including lead nurturing and campaign follow-up Skills At least 1-2 years experience in a full cycle Sales role Consistent experience with outbound outreach is a must Strong communication and consultative selling skills Ability to manage multiple inbound leads and prioritize effectively A passion for helping businesses solve real-world payment and AR challenges Experience in SaaS, Fintech, or AR automation is a plus Benefits Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP) Competitive time off, including Digital Disconnect and FlyBetter Days to volunteer in a cause you believe in.
