Position Overview

arenaflex is hiring a Remote Customer Support Representative to join our growing work-from-home team serving customers across the United States. In this role, you will be the trusted first point of contact for travelers seeking assistance with flight reservations, booking modifications, travel policies, promotional offers, and general inquiries. Every conversation you have is an opportunity to deliver the kind of service that transforms a routine transaction into a memorable customer experience.

As a fully remote position, this role offers the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home while being part of a connected, collaborative, and supportive team environment. You will receive comprehensive paid training, ongoing coaching, and access to career development resources designed to help you grow within arenaflex and the broader aviation industry.

What You Will Do

As a Remote Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, your daily responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries through multiple communication channels, including inbound and outbound phone calls, email correspondence, and live chat. Consistently represent arenaflex in a professional, courteous, and brand-aligned manner.
  • Assist with Flight Bookings and Reservations: Help customers search for, book, modify, and cancel flight reservations using our proprietary reservation system. Provide accurate information on flight availability, schedules, pricing, seating, and fare rules.
  • Resolve Customer Concerns and Complaints: Listen actively to customer issues, empathize with their situations, and work diligently to find timely and effective resolutions. Escalate complex matters to appropriate departments when necessary while ensuring the customer feels heard and valued throughout the process.
  • Provide Travel Policy Guidance: Educate customers on arenaflex travel policies, baggage allowances, check-in procedures, refund and exchange rules, loyalty program benefits, and current promotional offers. Ensure every customer leaves the interaction with a clear understanding of their options.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with colleagues across departments—including operations, revenue management, and loyalty program teams—to ensure customer needs are met efficiently and accurately.
  • Maintain Accurate Customer Records: Document all customer interactions, inquiries, resolutions, and feedback in our customer relationship management (CRM) system. Ensure records are up-to-date, detailed, and compliant with data privacy standards.
  • Stay Current on Industry Knowledge: Keep abreast of changes to flight schedules, travel regulations, security requirements, company policies, and system updates. Apply this knowledge to provide informed, accurate, and compliant support.
  • Meet and Exceed Performance Metrics: Achieve individual and team performance goals related to customer satisfaction scores, first-call resolution rates, response times, and quality assurance standards.
