Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct routine data quality checks, identify discrepancies, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve issues.
  • Generate and distribute regular reports that support operational, financial, and marketing initiatives.
  • Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of documents.
  • Assist with ad‑hoc administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and handling correspondence.
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, external partners, and vendors to exchange information across multiple channels.

Essential Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a four‑year college or university program with an anticipated graduation date of December 2024 or later.
