Key Responsibilities

  • Prompt Chat Engagement: Respond to inbound customer inquiries via chat with professionalism, accuracy, and a friendly tone. Aim to acknowledge each customer within seconds and resolve their concerns efficiently.
  • Issue Resolution & Escalation: Diagnose problems, recommend solutions, process refunds or replacements, and, when necessary, route complex cases to the appropriate internal teams.
  • Follow‑Up Assurance: Conduct post‑resolution follow‑ups to confirm satisfaction, gather feedback, and close the loop on each interaction.
  • Knowledge Management: Leverage arenaflex’s knowledge base, product documentation, and real‑time data to provide accurate, up‑to‑date information.
  • Priority Handling: Identify high‑impact or time‑sensitive issues and escalate them swiftly to ensure minimal disruption for the customer.
  • Performance Metrics: Meet and exceed daily and weekly targets for response time, customer satisfaction (CSAT), and first‑contact resolution (FCR).
  • Feedback Loop: Capture recurring themes, pain points, and emerging trends, then share insights with product, engineering, and operations teams to drive continuous improvement.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 1‑2 years experience in a customer‑facing role, preferably in e‑commerce, technology, or retail support.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and courteously in written English; additional language proficiency is a plus.
