Why This Role Matters

At arenaflex, innovation is woven into every line of code, every product decision, and every user interaction. The Entry-Level Data Entry & Program Management Specialist plays a pivotal role in translating strategic ideas into actionable programs that drive new content discovery, improve user experience, and support the rapid rollout of groundbreaking features across our platform. This position offers a unique blend of data‑driven decision‑making, cross‑functional collaboration, and hands‑on project execution—perfect for candidates who thrive in fast‑paced, high‑impact environments.

Role Overview

Reporting to the Creative Production Innovation Management team within the broader Product Discovery & Marketing organization, you will act as a program coordinator for early‑stage innovation initiatives. You will partner with product managers, engineers, designers, and analytics teams to shape concepts, assess feasibility, and guide projects from ideation through launch. While the title references “Data Entry,” the role is far more strategic: you will be responsible for capturing critical project data, maintaining program documentation, and ensuring that every stakeholder has a clear, up‑to‑date view of progress, risks, and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Program Coordination: Lead and coordinate complex, technology‑focused programs that align with arenaflex’s innovation roadmap.
  • Feasibility & Effort Estimation: Conduct feasibility studies and effort‑size assessments for new feature concepts, ensuring delivery within budget and timeline constraints.
  • Stakeholder Partnership: Serve as the primary liaison between product managers, engineering leads, and design teams, translating high‑level ideas into concrete project plans.
  • Data Management: Capture, curate, and maintain accurate program data—including milestones, deliverables, resource allocations, and risk registers—in arenaflex’s internal tracking tools.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product Operations, Engineering, and Innovation teams to align on priorities, dependencies, and delivery schedules.
  • Opportunity Identification: Analyze portfolio trends to surface new opportunities for efficiency gains, performance improvements, or revenue growth.
  • Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify potential roadblocks, develop mitigation strategies, and communicate status updates to senior leadership.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Produce clear, concise program documentation, status reports, and executive summaries that drive informed decision‑making.
  • Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the evolution of arenaflex’s program management framework by sharing best practices and lessons learned.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience in program or project management within a technology‑focused environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to break down complex requirements into manageable work streams and deliver results on time.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience conducting feasibility studies, cost‑benefit analyses, and risk assessments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proven track record of influencing cross‑functional teams.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Asana) and data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Norwegian is a plus but not required.
  • Alignment with arenaflex’s core values—curiosity, courage, and commitment to excellence.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a fast‑growing streaming or media‑technology company.
  • Exposure to Agile or Scrum methodologies and the ability to operate in iterative development cycles.
  • Background in data entry or data governance, with a focus on maintaining high data quality standards.
  • Knowledge of A/B testing, product analytics, and user‑behavior insights.
  • Certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM).

Skills & Competencies for Success

  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to see the big picture while managing day‑to‑day details.
  • Collaboration: Comfortable working with diverse teams across geography, culture, and discipline.
  • Problem Solving: Skilled at navigating ambiguity, identifying root causes, and proposing actionable solutions.
  • Time Management: Expert at juggling multiple initiatives, prioritizing tasks, and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Adaptability: Thrives in a dynamic environment where priorities shift rapidly.
  • Customer‑Centric Mindset: Keeps the end‑user experience at the forefront of every decision.

Career Growth & Learning Opportunities

arenaflex invests heavily in employee development. As a member of the Innovation Management team, you will have access to:

  • Mentorship from senior program managers and product leaders.
  • Internal training programs covering advanced project management, data analytics, and product strategy.
  • Opportunities to rotate into product, engineering, or analytics roles after 12–18 months, broadening your skill set.
  • Participation in global hackathons, innovation sprints, and cross‑functional workshops.
  • A clear career ladder that can lead to Senior Program Manager, Product Lead, or Portfolio Director positions.
