What You'll Do: Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Part-Time Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in maintaining our product catalog accuracy and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for customers across the globe. Here's what you can expect in this role:

  • Product Data Entry: Carefully enter and input product information including titles, descriptions, specifications, pricing, and imagery into our Seller Central platform with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Listing Compliance: Ensure all product listings meet arenaflex's quality standards and adhere to marketplace guidelines, including accuracy requirements, formatting specifications, and category-specific policies.
  • Information Updates: Systematically update existing product listings to reflect changes in inventory levels, pricing adjustments, promotional offers, and new product launches.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor stock quantities and availability status across our catalog, promptly updating system records to prevent overselling and maintain positive customer experiences.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough quality checks and audits of entered data to identify and correct discrepancies, ensuring 99%+ accuracy rates across all product information.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including buyers, merchants, and technical support to resolve data inconsistencies, clarify product information, and improve overall data quality.
  • Policy Updates: Stay current with arenaflex marketplace policies, industry best practices, and emerging trends in e-commerce data management, proactively applying new knowledge to improve workflows.
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed records of data processing activities, documentation of issues resolved, and recommendations for process improvements.

Essential Requirements
