GEICO is a leading auto insurer in the United States, offering a rewarding career with endless possibilities. As a Claims Service Specialist, you will assist policyholders during accidents by collecting facts, investigating claims, and providing support to get them back on the road quickly.

• Collect statements from involved parties

Skills

• Experience providing outstanding customer service by showcasing expertise, fostering trust and growing customer satisfaction
• Solid computer multitasking skills
• Ability to effectively communicate, verbally and in writing, and willingness to expand on these abilities
• Ability to work comfortably and grow in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment
• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
• Eagerness to explore new skills and openness to different career paths
• An associate's degree or higher
• Active Adjusters insurance license
