If so, then this is the perfect opportunity for you. We are looking for a Senior Vice President, Brand Strategy to join our team and serve as a leader for our fast-growing department! You will report to the Chief Strategy Officer. You Will: Guide the strategic direction for the brand Collaborate with the Creative, Account, Medical and Engagement Strategy teams on brand and communications strategies Foster an environment that encourages innovative ideas from team members and builds buy-in across the delivery team Create strategic roadmaps that are prioritized based on business objectives and organizational feasibility Develop and facilitate client-facing workshops and strategic planning exercises Provide thought leadership Partner with the Account Management teams to elevate Inizio Evoke as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to clients Mine provocative insights that form the basis for creative strategies Develop inspiring creative briefs and briefings Provide Brand Strategy expertise in new business pitches Partnerwith clients on market research activities to develop and champion brand platforms and marketing strategy You Will Bring: 12+ years experience in Brand Strategy/Planning in an agency setting Expertise in both HCP and DTC healthcare communications Demonstrated experience managing a team of strategists Superb communications skills, both written and verbal/presentation An adept storytelling ability; able to simplify and clarify complex concepts Excellent analytical skills A highly collaborative attitude Passion for pitching Curiosity about and ability to utilize a range of data sources including the use of Gen AI & behavioral data Inizio Evoke provides an exciting and flexible work environment, great compensation packages and outstanding company paid benefits including medical, dental, 401(k), tuition reimbursement and flexible time off. This range may differ based on your experience and skill set, geographic location, and cost of living considerations.
