Field Development Specialist Neurovascular for Baltics and Belarus

As a Field Development Specialist – Neurovascular, you will play a critical role in expanding therapy adoption and strengthening Medtronic’s presence across the Baltics (Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia) and Belarus. You will work closely with channel partners, healthcare stakeholders, and internal teams to drive therapy development, optimize distribution strategies, and unlock market potential. Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned: Drive Neurovascular therapy adoption and development by promoting products to both new and existing accounts, enabling deeper clinical penetration and improved patient access Support partners and customers throughout the therapy development lifecycle, including marketing initiatives, product promotion, training, and clinical education aligned with Neurovascular solutions Achieve commercial objectives by building, optimizing, and maintaining a high-quality distribution channel network across the Baltics and Belarus Maximize revenue through effective partner management, performance tracking, and capability development Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Marketing, Training & Education, Clinical teams) to define and execute short- and long-term Neurovascular therapy development strategies Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, clinicians, and healthcare institutions, ensuring aligned execution and long-term growth. Required Knowledge and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a related field Fluency in English and Russian, both written and spoken, is required 2+ years proven experience in sales, business development, or distributor/channel management, preferably in medical devices or healthcare Understanding of distribution models and partner network management Demonstrated ability to drive market development and therapy adoption, ideally within Neurovascular or related interventional therapies Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills across multicultural and multi-country environments Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented with strong accountability Ability to navigate complexity and operate effectively across the Baltics and Belarus markets Ability and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region and outside.
