Learn more at li.me. Lime is hiring a Project Manager, Operational Reporting & Insights to join our Central Operations team, specifically embedded within Repair Operations! In this role, you will be the driving force behind the data visualizations and metrics that power our in-warehouse operations globally. You will play a pivotal role in driving efficiency and quality improvements by transforming raw data into actionable insights that help our warehouse teams thrive. The ideal candidate is an expert data storyteller who is deeply passionate about solving complex operational puzzles. You have a proven track record of driving tangible operational improvements through data insights across large, global organizations and possess the cross-cultural experience required to unite diverse international teams. If you are highly analytical, comfortable working closely with both frontline mechanics, ops leaders, and data scientists, and enjoy flagging trends before they become hurdles, this role is for you. This is a remote position with a requirement for candidates to reside in Budapest or London to maintain effective collaboration across teams. This position requires occasional travel to support business operations, which is considered an essential function of the role. Lime will provide reasonable accommodations as needed. What You’ll Do: Build data tools for warehouse teams: Design, build, and maintain user-friendly dashboards and data visualizations that give local ops teams clear visibility into key efficiency and quality metrics. Define operational metrics: Develop and standardize new operational and quality metrics to accurately measure and improve in-warehouse repair performance globally. Provide ad-hoc analytical support: Act as the go-to analytical partner for Repair Operations, rapidly answering ad-hoc data questions to support real-time decision making. Monitor trends and flag issues: Proactively monitor operational data trends and surface risks or inefficiencies early to leadership with clear recommendations. Drive global operational improvement: Use data insights to identify bottlenecks and spearhead initiatives that optimize repair, tool, and space utilization across global warehouses. Collaborate cross-functionally: Bridge the gap between technical and non-technical teams, collaborating closely with local operations leaders, frontline mechanics, data scientists, and product managers. Manage and influence stakeholders: Independently lead presentations and build comprehensive documentation to influence senior operational leaders across multiple geographies. About You: Global Ops Experience: 2+ years of experience driving operational and efficiency improvements through data insights across a large, global operations organization. Expert Data Analytics & SQL: Expert-level proficiency in SQL, along with advanced data visualization skills using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms. Advanced Spreadsheet Modeling: Mastery of advanced Google Sheets/Excel formulas to manipulate data, build rapid prototypes, and conduct quick ad-hoc analysis. Versatile Stakeholder Management: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven comfort level working alongside everyone from frontline warehouse mechanics to data scientists, product managers, and senior leaders. Proactive Problem Solving: Strong attention to detail with an ability to spot anomalies in operational trends and flag emerging issues early to leadership. Adaptable & Impact-Driven: Optimism and enthusiasm to navigate a fast-paced, scaling environment, balancing real-time operational troubleshooting with long-term data strategy. Preferred Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related operational field. Prior experience specifically optimizing warehouse, logistics, or repair/remanufacturing operations. Previous experience in a fast-paced, hyper-growth tech or transportation/micro-mobility environment. #LI-SP1 #LI-Remote If you want to make an impact, Lime is the place for you.
