Their platform powers commercial operations for enterprise organizations across North America, Europe, and Latin America, helping customers streamline pricing, quoting, analytics, data exchange, and operational decision-making. Operating within a multi-billion-dollar global market, the company is building a modern software ecosystem that connects manufacturers, distributors, and service providers through shared data, intelligent workflows, and scalable cloud-based solutions. With continued growth and product expansion, they are seeking a Senior Full-Stack Developer who can contribute at a high technical level while also providing mentorship and technical leadership across the engineering organization. The Role This is a hands-on senior engineering position for someone who enjoys owning complex technical initiatives from concept to deployment. You'll work across the entire technology stack, collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to build scalable applications that solve real-world operational challenges. Beyond delivering high-quality software, you'll be expected to influence engineering standards, contribute to architectural decisions, and help elevate the team's technical capabilities. This role is ideal for someone who has already demonstrated leadership through mentoring, technical ownership, or leading key initiatives and wants to continue growing their impact.

What You'll Do

Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications using C#, .NET, and React Build and support backend services, APIs, frontend experiences, and data integrations Take ownership of features and technical solutions from design through production deployment Partner with product and business stakeholders to translate requirements into robust technical solutions Contribute to architecture discussions and long-term platform strategy Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following engineering best practices Participate in code reviews and help maintain a high technical bar across the team Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the application stack Actively participate in agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and retrospectives Mentor engineers and provide technical guidance when needed

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications 6+ years of professional software development experience Strong expertise with C#, .NET, and RESTful API development Solid frontend development experience using React, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS Experience delivering production applications across the full technology stack Experience working with relational databases such as SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or MySQL Familiarity with ORM frameworks such as Entity Framework Experience building and deploying applications in cloud environments Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills Demonstrated experience mentoring engineers, leading technical discussions, or owning significant technical initiatives Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience serving as a Technical Lead, Lead Developer, or senior engineer with significant technical influence Experience guiding technical direction without direct people-management responsibilities Azure cloud experience CI/CD, DevOps, and automation experience Docker and containerization technologies PostgreSQL optimization and performance tuning Experience with modern analytics or data platforms, particularly Snowflake Why Join?
